Assess your Partnership Programme Audit Preparedness
Having reached the audit standards, many organisations stuggle to maintain their systems and documentation. The re-audit is where the "rubber hits the road". You must be able to provide proof to the independent ACC auditor that your health and safety systems are functioning actively in your workplace.

Safety Management Practices
This requires documentary evidence and records that indicate that you have:
- Held meetings
- Encouraged staff participation
- Trained your staff
- Recorded and managed occurrences to prevent recurrence
- Actively encouraged early return to work of any injured employees
- Identified and managed your hazards
- Reviewed your systems and objectives
Provide evidence that you follow an established, systematic approach to claims administration and case management.
Claims Management and Administration
Regular training of managers and key staff on the requirements of claims management. Evidence that the lodging, accepting and processing work injury claims meets the required timeframes and standards. A process for managing disputes that is known to all staff.
Case Management and Rehabilitation
Provide evidence that people injured in the workplace have had their recovery from injury managed in such a way that they can be maintained safely at work or return quickly and safely to the pre-injury employment wherever possible.
