National Australia Bank
Jump's task was to identify the personal criteria for their sales and service teams in order to attract the "right" people for the job and the Bank. From there, Jump were asked design and deliver the skills and knowledge to enable the three new sales and service teams to simultaneously become fully functional within 8 weeks (in time for the Sydney Olympics). The Bank's existing course was six weeks long and classroom focused, Jump's redesigned course was 10 days and was fun, challenging and involved participants in an active learning experience.
Within the first week of operation, each team exceeded the Bank's expectations converting service calls to over 1 million dollars of sales.
Jump's task was to design power station operating training for new appointees. ECNZ's existing course was 17 weeks long. Jump's redesigned course took 7 weeks to achieve full competency.
